Syria and Turkey Earthquake:
What really enrages me is that this has happened before and they had funding to make structures stronger of course no one can predict how fierce it is going to be or how destructive an earthquake is going to be. If you had the power however if you had the means-money to at least limit the damage that will be done why would you not invest in it and the fact they hadn’t shown how careless they are? Questions need to be asked because the victims and their families need answers to where did the money go for the said investments. I just pray to God that he gives Sabr to all those affected and in these types of situations I feel helpless and hopeless but the one thing I can do is donate and ask others to donate to, I will like below some charities that you can donate too (100% donation policy) and if you can please make dua for all those affected and those who it continues to affect. Inna Lillahi wa inna ilahi ra jioon.

Harry & Meghan-
No matter your opinion on Meghan and Harry for me the docuseries (have not got around to read the memoir). I couldn't care less about his relationship with the Palace because that is there business but it is interesting to see how the monarch changes from this because it is no longer the private 'behind closed door' palace no more.
I think what I took from the docuseries was the invasive nature of press, and race. The racist coverage of Meghan, the overt bigotry on social media. Harry acknowledges himself in the doc about working on unconscious bias, but how Prof David Olusoga explains the press use Meghan's race because “anger sells” he explains how racist her portrayal became and how it became almost clickbait. They also compare how it is compared to Diana's time however Meghan now has to take in consideration of race. Harry then mentions the Palace becomes compliant in the actions they take because they brush it off saying all the women have been through this however they didn't have to deal with the race aspect he comments about the media's racist undertones and he plainly states: “If you can’t see the difference, I can’t help you.” This is again apparent in Jeremy Clarkson's comment about Meghan in which he defends himself by saying 'Oh dear. I’ve rather put my foot in it. In a column I wrote about Meghan, I made a clumsy reference to a scene in Game of Thrones and this has gone down badly with a great many people. I’m horrified to have caused so much hurt and I shall be more careful in future'. The fact that it was published by by The Sun again highlights how Meghan's biracial heritage is used as factor against her and normalises the abuse against her. Anger, prejudice, bigotry sells as seen with the recent trend of followers in Andrew Tate and with Elon Musk's takeover with Twitter this has just become dangerous and scary for the future generations.
I also came across this picture that highlights nepo babies and how they are working in media and journalism, majority of them white. It is important to have diverse voices so that we are not only seen but heard change needs to happen across media and journalism and I am glad to have had Meghan and Harry's narrative and will be looking forward to reading his memoir.
Jeremy Clarkson's comment- it is as if they are scared of women so they attack them in a cowardly way. It is disgusting.
I hope to do more opinion pieces in the upcoming weeks. See you soon page turners,
Please don't forget to donate as well every penny counts.
Keeping everyone in my prayers.
With Love and Dua's
